Refund & Cancellation Policy

# 1. Overview

AdKar is an advertising platform that connects advertisers with developer tool publishers. This policy covers refunds and cancellations for all payments made on the AdKar platform, processed via Razorpay.

# 2. No Refunds Policy

All payments made on the AdKar platform are final and non-refundable. This includes:

  • Wallet top-ups: All prepaid balance added to your AdKar advertiser wallet is non-refundable once the payment is processed.
  • Campaign spend: Budget allocated to active or completed campaigns cannot be refunded.
  • Processing fees: Razorpay payment gateway fees are charged at the time of payment and are non-refundable.

Wallet balance remains available in your account indefinitely and can be used for future campaigns.

# 3. Publisher Earnings

  • Publisher earnings are calculated based on verified impressions and clicks at the agreed 75/25 revenue split.
  • Earnings flagged as fraudulent (invalid traffic, bot clicks, self-clicking) will be reversed and are not eligible for payout.
  • Payouts processed via UPI are final and non-reversible once credited to the publisher's account.

# 4. Cancellation

  • Advertisers may pause or cancel any campaign at any time from the dashboard. Unspent budget remains in your wallet for future use (no refund).
  • Publishers may deactivate their account at any time. Pending earnings above the minimum payout threshold (₹500) will be processed in the next payout cycle.
  • Account closure: Either party may close their account by emailing krishnagera4@gmail.com. Wallet balances are not refunded upon account closure.

# 5. Disputes

For billing-related queries, email krishnagera4@gmail.com. All disputes are governed by the laws of India and subject to arbitration in Bangalore under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
